How long does it take for delivery?

Most of our products are ready-to-ship. In routine course, Delivery and Installation in the DELHI-NCR region is done within 7 days.

How much advance is required to book the product(s)?

50% advance is required to book the product and balance 50% before dispatch.

Do you provide EMI on your product?

We don’t provide EMI option.

Which regions/areas do you deliver at?

We deliver and install our product(s) PAN India on chargeable basis.

In which packaging are the products dispatched?

The products are dispatched in standard export packaging with multiple layers of packing to ensure damage free delivery.

How does one ensure damage free transit of the product for long distance out of station delivery?

Only in instances, when a single lorry/truck carries solely our products loaded according to our specifications, do we commit to damage free out station delivery.

What is the order cancellation policy?

Order placed cannot be changed/ cancelled, unless informed within 2 days.

Will the advance be refunded in case of cancellation?

If cancellation request is made within 48 hours, advance is fully refundable. Beyond the 48 hours period, only Credit note will be provided and will be adjusted in the next purchase.

What is the time frame to pick up the product?

Order must be picked up within the agreed time frame from the day of booking. Else warehouse charges will be applicable.

Can you take away the old furniture?

Our store sells only new, branded and designer products. We do not accept/ exchange product for old furniture.

Will you send product displayed at showroom or a new piece from the warehouse?

It depends on the availability of stock.

Will I have to acknowledge once the product is delivered?

Yes, you have to acknowledge the satisfactory delivery of product via telephone or signing up the follow up form.

Do you offer warranty on your product(s)?

Yes, we provide 36 months on-site warranty on our products. It covers all the manufacturing defects including mechanism, structure and cushioning. Organic wear and tear in due course is not covered in this warranty.

Are the products serviceable after expiry of warranty?

After the warranty expires, the service will be available on nominal charges. The charges are computed after due inspect at site or offsite by our service manager.
